These muscle will create the illusion of a V-taper and making the appearance of your waist smaller than it actuall is.  The muscle is located from under your armpit area and the back of the ribs. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ *Most commmon exercises* -Lat Pulldown -Pull-Ups -Barbell Rows -Dumbbell Single Arm Rows -Deadlifts ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Trapezius: -The Traps, the most powerful and largest of the back muscle groups.  The trapezius is located from the collarbobe frontal view and reach all the way down to the lower back region.  Most pay attention to the upper portion of the traps but a well developer trapezius will be worked from the top, middle and lower fibers. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ *Most commmon exercises* -Shrugs -Deadlifts -Farmers Walks -Face Pulls -Barbell Rows ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Rhomboids: -These guys are tiny and are located underneath the trapezius, they originally come from the vertebrae and attach to the scapulae. CREATINA  Descoberta no início do século 19, a creatina é um dos suplementos mais antigos do mercado. E também o suplemento mais estudado do mundo, apresentando mais resultados para aumentar o desempenho em exercícios de alta intensidade e a massa muscular durante o treinamento. ➖ O que é?  A creatina é uma amina nitrogenada, encontrada no organismo através da produção pelo fígado, rins e pâncreas. É formada por três aminoácidos: arginina, glicina e metionina. Apesar dessa produção, a maior parte encontrada no seu corpo fica armazenada primordialmente no seu tecido muscular.  Outra forma de se obter a creatina, além obviamente da suplementação, é através de carne, peixes e outros produtos de fonte animal. ➖ Para que serve?  A principal função da creatina no seu corpo é formar o composto chamado de ATP, que é o responsável por gerar a energia para o seu músculo realizar contrações rápidas e intensas.  Durante o exercício intenso, o fosfato de creatina é decomposto em creatina e fosfato.  Posteriormente, essa molécula de fosfato se une com as 2 moléculas de fosfato do ADP para formar ATP.  Como resultado, esse ATP se torna uma fonte rápida de energia para o corpo. Ao passo que a taxa de fosfato de creatina diminui, a fadiga muscular se instala. ➖ E por que devo tomar creatina (sendo que ela é encontrada naturalmente no meu corpo)? A sua necessidade diária vária de 2-3 g, e a principal razão é que a maioria das pessoas só ingere cerca de 1g a partir de alimentos, por dia. Isso, juntamente a produção endógena de outra grama, totalizando insignificantes 2 gramas por dia. E para conseguir uma dose considerável de creatina apenas com a alimentação seria necessário comer quantidades enormes de carne por dia.
