I feel 100x better after getting a good sweat in. I eased myself in by making this circuit with v minimal jumping, but it was still such a good burn session that got my heart rate up 🔥 If you’ve taken time off (planned or unplanned), just start out by trying to sweat for 20-30 minutes in some way! Working your way up over time is the best way to make yourself actually stick to it 😊 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ MED BALL FULL BODY CIRCUIT. ⤵️ 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off each exercise. Blue door Monday. Getting creative as I try to perfect my @lightroom skills. I’m trying to give my feed a warmer feel to it, but I’m not quite sure what looks best, yet. I love wearing cool toned colors, but they don’t look as summery to me. Also, my skin tends to be pretty light, as in not tanned, making warm colors look harsh sometimes when I wear them. Got any advice for this girl?
