The task of each that is primary is simply to be yourself. It always seems as though one must do something in order to be of service and yet as we have said many times through this instrument, it is in how you are within yourself that you serve in the greatest capacity since each of you is as the crystal that transmutes and sends forth the light that is received from the infinite Creator. Each of you is an unique crystal, then, which can allow the light to flow into the Earth plane in just such and such a way that is unique to you. And when your heart is open and the light is flowing through you and you feel transparent to that energy, then it is that the most beautiful light of all colors, depending upon the personalities involved, is able to move into that grid that this instrument has sometimes called the Christ grid and which others have called the grid of unconditional love or the Buddha. This grid is that web of light, that pattern of love, that is beginning to stabilize fourth density upon your planetary sphere. Each of you is doing tremendous work for those who shall come after you, sowing seeds of light and seeds of love whose blossoms you shall not see, for you shall move on. Yet those who come after you will be able to do as they do because of reaping the harvest that you now sow with each loving thought and each contact made in love and in light. -Q’uo-The Law Of One This transcript found free for your inspiration at www.LLresearch.org/transcripts (Dated: 2002 May 5) ❤️🍊💛💚💙💜💗 🎨ARTIST🎨: @marcsalamat (Marc Salamat) ☥☥☥💚☥☥☥ #thelawofone#lawofone

I felt prompted to make this post because I finally went and bought BRAND NEW jeans from a retail store yesterday. I’ve struggled with my weight since I was 18, I’ve had numerous men tell me I need to lose weight (my hot husband isn’t one of them), I had Asher at 19 and thought I’d bounce back body wise but I didn’t. I’m 100 pounds heavier then I was a decade ago. I carry most of my weight in my lower belly which makes finding jeans that fit my larger thighs, small backside and normal-ish ankles hard. Straight legged and boyfriend jeans make my legs look like the same circumference as my thighs. Yesterday I wore size 16 jeans to work, I had some down time and I’ve needed new jeans for a while so I went to old navy to buy some, I pulled Size 20 and 18 to try on. There weren’t really many size 20’s and that was disheartening because I was sure that would be the size I would need. Why did I think that? Because yesterday morning I tried to squeeze into a size 20 of Universal Thread jeans that I purchased from Poshmark and couldn’t even get the zipper to go over my fat roll. Today I’m wearing a pair of size 18 jeans from Old Navy that fit me well in all the right places and don’t make me have unsightly muffin top. But to think that I showed up in size 16 jeans after not being able to fit into a pair of size 20 that I bought and left with two brand new pairs of jeans in a size 18. The brands that I frequent all have different measurements for the sizes they have and yesterday really showed me how ridiculous the sizing of the fashion world really are. #fatfashion#fatgirlsmatter#beyoutiful
