Julia Winter, Tech Industry Veteran Turned Jewelry Designer. Fifteen years after launching Jewel Ya—a cleverly written play on her first name—Julia’s side project that allowed her to flex her creative muscles is the core of her successful second career as an entrepreneur. Every piece in her collection is created by hand, and features superior-quality natural metals like gold fill, sterling silver, vermeil, copper, 14K gold and leather. Many pieces boast fine-quality semi-precious and precious gemstones including freshwater pearls, turquoise and quartz variations. What separates her jewelry from most is that each item is crafted to wear different ways and layer with other pieces, even those that were purchased 10 years ago. “I give people more ways to wear a piece and how to get the most out of your jewelry,” she says.
Bula Down to Business Every 3rd Thursday from 5:30-7:30 Chase Brendle of LKB partners with Nicholle Caldwell of Intuitive Life Design for a one of a kind social event. Forget your business cards, they are not allowed! Bring your brain and your heart because we are calling all entrepreneurs, way seers, visionaries, and free thinkers for a casual evening of connection, brainstorming, and brand building. Be both teacher and student while we trade ideas and knowledge with likeminded souls. This free flow event is a great way to build your tribe and your brand over a bowl of traditional kava tea!

🛬They came, they saw 👀 , they fell in love 😍 and they bought a 🏡 !! Dr G arrived with his love for their second house hunt in Surprise, AZ. Dr G’s brother and sis-in-law relocated here a few months back from IL and they knew they wanted to be close to them. They are so close, they could walk home after a night of games 🎲 🎲 and 🍹 🍸 🍷 I’m so excited for them. They are buying in the Marley Park subdivision which is a master planned community with close to a dozen parks, several pools and a uber cool community center. It also has a lighted ⚾️ field. The tree lined Arbor walk links all the parks along with playgrounds and a splash park. When you first walk in, off to the right, there is two 🛏 🛏 and a 🚽 🚿 on your right. This will be perfect for not only visitors but also if mom decides to come live with them. Further down the entry hall on the left is yet another bathroom and 🛏 which they plan to use as a Library 📚 . Once past the secondary bedrooms and baths the home opens up to a breathtaking main living space. The kitchen is glorious with its separate dining area. All this opens up to a wall of windows and the family room. So excited for my clients and I can’t wait to see their finished home. .🌵 .🏡 .🌵 .🏡 Check out the pics 📸 of their new 🏡 and let me know what you 🤔 Please comment below, I value your opinion‘s. Tag a friend if you know they would love to live in a community like this. Doesn’t have to be this community, I can help house hunt anywhere in phx metro, no matter the city. (PS. See link in bio for 3 reasons you should always go to a new build community with a realtor 🌵 .🏡 .🌵 . #newconstruction#newconstructionhomes#relocatingtoaz#secondhomebuyers#newbuilds#buyersagent#homebuyerstips#surprisearizonarealestate#relocation#relocationspecialist#newhomespecialist#marleypark#surpriserealestate#homebuyers#buyer#retirement#retire#azlife#azlifestyle
Did you know that #bodytite is a great option for addressing concerns you may have with your knees?! This patient had previous liposuction and wanted to tighten the skin around the area. We’re looking forward to seeing the final results over the next 3-6 months.
