FOOD DIARY!  M1: fried egg whites, vegetarian sausage, spinach. S1: iced latte! M2: “everything bowl” basically a grain such as rice or quinoa with whatever leftover veggies I have on hand, and a protein! S2: watermelon and string cheese. M3: Grilled skewers and grilled veggies and grilled pineapple. My fitness journey began at home, and for the first year my ‘gym’ was the small space behind the sofa in the living room of our basement apartment just big enough to fit a yoga mat. It was all that I needed— as I soon realized that all you NEED to be successful in your fitness journey is YOURSELF, a desire to care for your health, and hard work. That first year of work and healing I began my journey to empowerment through fitness, and found my passion in helping others to do the same. I distinctly remember after completing my certifications and studies and officially becoming a professional trainer, I told Ryan that one day I wanted to have a space where I could train properly from our home. It was one of many goals that I set for myself and my career, and this week, after years of hard work, that became a reality. Sitting here in my home reflecting on my journey so far and my heart could explode!! I am so damn thankful. 🤗🤗🤗🖤 #kelseywellspwr #pwrprogram

Be sure to use the heaviest weight with which you can complete all reps (with correct form!) and REST 30-45 seconds between each and every superset. ⚡️PWR CHEST & TRIS ACTIVATION⚡️ . 10 Shoulder Rotation  10 Burpees . 8 Pushup to Side Plank 20 Wide Mountain Climbers . Repeat each pair of exercises as many times as possible for four minutes straight, NO RESTING! After the warmup in a PWR session comes the activation. ⚡️FULL BODY BARBELL BLAST⚡️ . I love this PWR style challenge I put together for you! Quick and efficient but TOUGH!😏👊🏼 One piece of equipment is all you need. Because I did not want to be changing the weight plates between exercises or rounds, I used 65 lbs for all. This is quite low for me for deadlifts, but that’s ok! . 10 Clean & Press  10 Deadlifts 12 Bent Over Rows 10 Straight Leg Deadlifts  10 Incline Pushups . 3-4 sets of each!! Do your workouts bring you JOY!? I’m not necessarily saying you need to ENJOY every second of your session and the actual muscle-screaming sweaty moments. But, when you finish and have completed a session, regardless how intense or how long, YOU SHOULD FEEL JOY! Take a moment to be PROUD of yourself for making that effort to invest in your health. To honor and THANK your body for literally keeping you alive each and every second and your ability to move and exercise in the first place. Exercise should not be used as a punishment and should not be driven by the LIE that your body isn’t good enough exactly how it is. It is about CARING FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR BODY AND YOUR HEALTH!
