Happy first day of school!! We’re praying for all our students and teachers today, and we know it will be a great year! The school theme this year is “Let your light shine.” 💡 “In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” Matthew 5:16
Our seniors are currently at Senior Camp, where they spend a few days before school starts, bonding, learning leadership skills and preparing for their last year of high school. Looks like they’re having fun!
Mrs. Ellen Glavin is our next Featured Teacher! This year she will be teaching Geometry, Physical Science, Middle School Math and AP Statistics. The other teachers and administrators are all so supportive and helpful.” Fun fact about Mrs. Glavin: in her spare time she loves dancing! #excelfeaturedteacher
Summer is in full swing, and we hope you’re enjoying the sunshine! Just a friendly reminder to encourage your students to continue reading and learning. The “summer slide” can be prevented with a couple hours a week of learning activities. Listen to audiobooks, join your library’s reading program, visit a museum, or explore the outdoors! Do you have more ideas? We want to hear in the comments below! 👇🏻
